Not at all. September Success is designed for beginners and returning adults who want to get active in a supportive environment. Every class is taught step-by-step, with modifications for all fitness levels.
Wear comfortable workout clothes that you can move in — like gym wear, yoga pants, or shorts and a T-shirt. Bring a water bottle and a positive attitude. We provide all training equipment and refreshments.
Absolutely. Our instructors tailor the class to meet each student at their own pace. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or looking for a new challenge, you’ll feel encouraged and supported.
